Ibiza Holidays
Ibiza is world famous for its night life, which is quite simply unmatched anywhere else on the planet. Its nightclubs, fashion, music, and atmosphere make its unique clubbers culture that entices millions of visitors to enjoy Ibiza holidays every summer.
The nightlife centres in Ibiza are located in three areas of the island, Playa D’en Bossa, where you will find numerous local cafes along the beach in the afternoons, including its world famous beach snack bar “Bora Bora” with music all afternoon until late at night. This beach is also home the club “Space” voted many times as the best club in the world.
Another clubbers resort is San Antonio, this is the area preferred by the English-speaking tourists, and includes the clubs “Eden” and “Es Paradis” famous for its amazing water festival. But if anything highlights the San Antonio nightlife’s feel, it is to be found at “Chill Out” loved for its music, and also considered the must be seen at place to enjoy the sunset.
Another very well-known international destination bar in this area is “Cafe del Mar”, which is not only one of the places that any self-respecting party animal should visit; it is also home of the multiple smash hit CDs produced at the premises. A couple of other highly sought after tickets are for “Mambo” or “Kanya”.
For those wishing to sidestep package holidays, Ibiza town is the place to head for, this is the third of the island’s party destinations. It is the best place to go for early drinks along the port, before heading to one of the macro discos, this is also a good area to acquire tickets for the major clubs at reduced prices
On the Paseo Maritimo, which is the main coastal boulevard, you will find some of the most famous nightclubs of the island including the world-renowned “Pacha”, “The Divine” and of course the euphoric “Heaven.”
On the road from Ibiza town out towards San Antonio, there are several clubs including “Amnesia” and the mighty “Privilege,” which according to the Guinness Book of Records is the world’s largest nightclub.
There are night buses, called Discobus, to help you to move around the island at night. The Discobus Eivissa-Sant Antoni, helps to provide easy access to these particular clubs.
As a negative note, it has to be said that some of these clubs charge and exorbitant price for drinks and entry tickets to the clubs, but this depends on where you buy your tickets as the cost can vary by up to 50%, so be very careful with this, it is always best to buy early at the port and ask at several ticket outlet sites in Ibiza town.
